APSCC demands severe punishment for culprit

All parties Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) has demanded severe punishment for Sumbal minor rape culprit under POCSO (Protection of children from sexually offences). In a statement APSCC chairman Jagmohan Singh Raina said, “Rape of a three year old girl is a heinous crime and exemplary punishment should be give to the culprit.”
He said, “I appreciate governor Satya Pal Malik and other officials of government for swift action on fasts track bases so that in future no body repeats such heinous crime.”
The APSCC chairman furhthe said that Kashmir valley is a known safe place for females and such incidents will not be tolerated by the people living in the valley. “We can stop such dirty mind by punishing the culprit on fast track,” said Raina.
